A recruiting agency reached out to me on LinkedIn. Had a phone screen with someone from the SDR team, came on-site and no room was booked for my interview. I met with the SDR Manager. I thought it went well. Waited for 15 minutes for the next interviewer. I saw the team trying figuring out who was going to interview me next as if there was no agenda. Met with a female VP who was not in sales and not involved in SDR's day to day. I was a little confused. Weeks passed by and my recruiter wasn't hearing back from them either. She even made a comment "we're so close to not working with them again". Too many red flags in my brief interactions with the company and lined up with the reviews. A 4-week process that could have been done in a day.

I applied through a friend who works in the company. the hiring process was very fast and efficient.
The first interview was F2F with the hiring manager. 2nd step was a simulate cold call and 3rd step was F2F meeting with the CRO
The hiring progress (which took 2 weeks) was very professional and the company kept on full transparency and honesty all the way.
