A screening interview with the talent acquisition lead followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Talent Acquisition didn't contact me about the follow-up interview or give me any expectations to prepare.
Was asked back for a second interview and to provide times. No feedback after two weeks chased to find out not selected by contacting the hiring manager.
I have no problems with this, just the poor communication and organisation of the process is not the best introduction to the company.

More of a conversation which I prefer, about the experience, view of the market and company. Management approach etc.
