3 interviews in all. First with a recruiter, second with two hiring managers, third with two senior project managers. What started out as a very agile and smooth process became a nightmare of waiting. Process took 3.5 months from start to finish and I basically had to force the hiring manager into disclosing the decision which they stalled for a month after the last interview. Given the fact that I went so far in he process I was surprised to only be given a very vague explanation for the rejection. No idea what happened. Heard great things about HIQ so this is a disappointment.
