I started off with a screening call after being contacted by a recruiter and then I did multiple zoom interviews and lastly did a ride along to see the day to day

Several step process. First one with the recruiter then forwarded to HR at Hibu. After that I met with the area sales manager and had to do role playing for different situations to demonstrate sales and presentation skills.

His main concern was how do I approach old accounts that have been ignored or forgotten, and how do I approach cold calling accounts. I described both and he was impressed.
