I was welcomed by the art director to the company, he asked me my interests in art, showed me around the company and introduced me to the employees, and asked me if I wanted to work for the company? The whole experience felt more like a sales pitch rather than an interview, lol. However it was still four more weeks until I heard back, at which point I began working for the company.
