I applied online and heard back about a week later with an invitation to complete a timed online coding test through their third party platform. The assessment was 90 minutes with a mix of algorithmic problems and some debugging tasks.
What Went Well:
Instructions were clear and everything started on time.
The coding platform was stable, easy to navigate, and had an auto-run feature so I could test snippets quickly.
The problems were reasonable, not “FAANG hard,” but enough to make you think.
What Didn’t Go Well:
There was zero human interaction before or after the test. No recruiter intro, no chance to ask questions, nothing.
The test felt generic, it didn’t seem tied to the actual role, which supposedly focuses on API design and full-stack work rather than algorithm puzzles.
I didn’t receive feedback after completing the test. Two weeks later I got a standard rejection email with no explanation.
