Caution to new applicants. Their interview process is quite lengthy and will require hours of prep time and you may have to chase them afterwards. Background: The recruiter reached out to ME based on my background as a good fit. I was intrigued by the company's value proposition and agreed to interview. Over the course of 1 MONTH, there were 6 separate interviews with 6 different individuals including a lengthy presentation requiring hours of prep. All along the way, the feedback and interactions were positive and encouraging. However, after the final presentation, they failed to follow up on their agreed upon decision timelines and I found myself having to chase them down to get any updates to eventually be told 'they're moving forward with other candidates'. No clear reasons why, despite requests for feedback. I'm disappointed in the wasted time and lack of professional courtesy shown by this organization.
