The initial interview process was by phone. Questions focused on experience working with school age children. If they are unable to hire you initially, however they are interested, they will hold on to your information and call you if a position becomes available because someone didn't work out.

The interview was professional, welcoming, and well-organized. The interviewer asked thoughtful questions and created a comfortable environment, making it a positive and engaging experience from start to finish. Would recommend.
