Required to take an online quiz after reading some materials prior to the phone interview. Thereafter, contacted for a scheduled phone interview to discuss the company and its policies. Interview was pretty straight forward.
I got an invitation for a phone interview via email. The interviewer asked a few questions then advised me that I would get a job offer via email, receive hire paperwork via email, then I was to submit the hire paperwork via email and fax.

Someone called me and asked if I wanted to work there. They got my info off the Career Builder website and they were trying to hire 100 agents to fill jobs. I was the first they called.
