      The CEO handles the interviews, but then will call on other staff people - absolutely no reason for that. By him doing so, he emphasizes his weakness in his "management skills" and relies on other employees for the final decision. Dear candidate - you are being hired or fired not by management but by average employees who are just as vulnerable in getting fired as you are by being hired.

      Hello, the interview process has several stages, oral and written. Multiple supervisors, managers and sometimes coworkers will get to interview the potential candidate. We pride ourselves in having one of the toughest interview processes in the industry. We have to make sure we only hire the best and brightest. We owe it to our current staff who works very hard to add only people who will be helpful and fit the company culture. As managers we never pretend we have all the answers. We ultimately make the decision, but any feedback and observations from anybody else is welcome and encouraged. This is a team, we thrive thanks to our team and have to give them the best new employees. Every employee is an ADDITION, never a REPLACEMENT. Nobody will ever look at the newcomer with fear that they are after their job. We will all look at how the new person can help us, so we can do our job better and more quickly. We have had some people leave halfway during the interview process. This is good because it shows that the process is working in selecting the best. If you are looking for an average employer, please apply with our competitors.
