The interview process over at Highnote is truly best in class. Everyone I interacted with from HR to the hiring manager was a delight. Every interview was taken as an opportunity to have an open and inviting discussion which allowed me to present my best self to the company.

The interview process I went through was a bit unique. Rather than having a series of formal, back-and-forth questions, it was more conversational. The process felt much more collaborative than an interrogation, which helped me feel more comfortable and confident.
