There were 5 rounds of interviews for this position: 1) Screening with a recruiter, 2) deep-dive into previous positions held, 3) a peer interview focused on attributes, 4) a role play as a client success manager, 5) and 1-hour meeting with a senior leader/CEO (attributes focused). The recruiter was always available to answer questions / help prepare for each interview. The interview process alone bought me into this amazing company.
