Had phone screen with the attorney. She seemed really interested stating my qualifications were above and beyond what they ever thought they’d get in their search, asked me to let her know before I accepted any other offers, and quickly scheduled a follow up to meet with the other attorneys. The in person meeting went well ….I thought. I have bad anxiety so I’m sure I said something silly, but overall I thought it went well. I waited a few days, sent a follow up email to the HR and an email to the attorney. I received nothing from HR, but I did get an email from the attorney a week later stating she was behind and would follow up soon. Boom, ghosted. A thanks, but no thanks email would have been professional and appreciated.
