For the 2 locations in Manhattan, you can walk in between 2/2:30-4pm and fill out an application. After doing so, you'll be asked to sit and wait for a manager. The manager usually comes within 5-10mins and asks a few questions regarding your application (I've included the questions I was asked below).
This is the first real test. If you make a good impression, you'll then be asked to take a 'logic test', which consists of 50 questions that you'll have 12 mins to answer. Think of the test as a mini SAT, but don't stress too much as you aren't expected to finish it. I was an engineering major in college and only finished 75% of the test.
After finishing, the host/hostess will score the test and give it to the store manager. 5-10mins later, the manager will come over and tell you how you did.
The 'logic test' is the second real test and I'm assuming this is where you know whether you're really a good match. I was told I did well on my test and then asked to come in the following day to meet with the general manager. If you didn't do well on the test, I assume they'll tell you to wait for a callback.

4 rounds of interviews made it to final interview which lasted no more than 10 minutes over zoom and collaborator decided to “go in different direction”
Corporate interviewer appears Very out of touch.

Weird two round interview process thay stretches out. One interview is online if you make it to that point. The online interviewer and in person ask generic questions that were pretty easy to answer.

Initial is open interviews, have to show up exactly at the start time listed, interview took 5 minutes and gave the impression they only look at resumes anyways. About 10 people showed up at the start and everyone had a different interviewer which seemed odd.
