What stood out in my interview with Hilti was that the conversation was far less about domain expertise and far more about leadership behaviour. Very early on, it became clear that they assume domain skills can be learned—what they actively probe is how you think, lead, and take ownership.

It was detailed and direct and interesting. It was though provoking and difficult...People were good. company atm was good.. Ambience was good. Was comfortable. Will recommend. Pls prepare in advance. Not too much, but just enough.
