The AC which was very well done and although I did not receive an offer for the program it is not unusual for the candidates which made it thus far, to receive an offer for direct entry.
In the AC we had four challenges: personal presentation, group discussion, case study and employee review.

They asked me first about me, then they asked the typical competency based questions, then I had to solve a case and then we spoke more about the position. There were 3 people and one of them was not polite at all... Maybe it is a strategy, but I actually thought "I would not like to work with someone like this person".

just be careful that they will connect your answer to your previous online test. Do not conflict your answer. Then you will be fine.
