Simple recruitment process.First round was GD , followed by PI.In Gd , 12 students were given a topic and 10 minutes to discuss on.In the PI, basic knowledge of core subjects was tested along with the perception of company in the interviewees mind.

Il colloquio si è svolto da remoto, in maniera asincrona, tramite piattaforma telematica, Una volta registrato, il colloquio è stato inviato ad HR per la valutazione

Face to face interview was scheduled after a phone screening interview. HR was professional & dropped an interview appointment. Staff was late for interview. Interviewer was more than 30 minutes late. Interviewer was busy with handphone during entire interview while asking interview questions.
