Classical approach consisting of 2 stages. Introduction and lastly the meeting with the manager/director, after this a decision is made. In short I can recommend to prepare for typical questions like: where do you see yourself in x years, what is your goal, what projects have you done etc.

First interview with a future colleague. Second interview with a manager's and the final interview with HR.
If you proceed from the first two rounds you are more than likely getting the position, but it is still an interview, so be prepared.
Good, good communication and friendly people.All three interviews were with people who were genuinely interested and supportive. Would say it was rather easy though my prior experience may have helped.
