I was approached by recruiter to guage my interest in an upcoming opportunity. Following reviewing Hilti's website and Glassdoor reviews, I applied sending my CV over and arranged a first interview with Talent Acqusition manager, the informal interview was held over Teams. I was advised that I would hear back within a couple of days, following some benchmarking of all the candidates, if I was to get through to the next stage. I did not receive any further communication following my first interview, despite requesting feedback several times.
