Future tasks and previous work were discussed in detail, especially the own contribution. Emphasis on approach to work, fit to the team, cooperation with other departments.

Nach einer kurzen Vorstellung folgten eine Reihe individueller Fragen. Das Gespräch lief insgesamt sehr locker ab und mit wurde ein guter Eindruck über die Firma vermittelt. Außerdem wurde gut auf meine aktuelle Situation eingegangen, um eine möglichst genaue Passung zu erzielen. Alles in allem lief das Gespräch sehr gut, auch wenn es zu keinem Angebot kam.
