The interview was super lengthy. It was ongoing for 2 months plus with around 4 rounds of interviews. Not only that, every time there's a new round of interview, the HR will arrange for a 30 mins - 1 hour preparation discussion. Imagine a total of 8 meetings/interviews just to be ghosted afterwards. No response, nothing. Wasting so much of my time. I don't know if it was a cultural differences or what but the CEO was a bit rude and keeps on cutting people off when they're talking.

This company sounds like they are run by very grumpy people that does not have a life outside this job and everything is an inconvenient to them. let me explain:
When i went for the interview the door was opened by someone who looks like was very inconvenient to open the door for me. She asked me to call the person who is going to interview me. I said I dont have her number. She scolded me saying "you don't have her number? What a great start!"
The interview started with this person who has been in hilti since her internship (so never knows what outside work life is like then). She asked me questions like what is product lifecycle. I answered. she SMIRKED in the middle of my answer, and told me to google the answer afterwards. I did btw and I was right.
She also asked me a very very specific question that sounds like only she and her specific teams knows and like really drill me something so small that honestly not important.
When i come out of the meeting room, there is some lady UNNECESSARILY scolding a man who looks like an electrician.
