Initially, the interview started with a referral and a phone call. Briefly talked with the hiring manager about the position and some feeler questions. I was asked to come in for a one on one. During the one on one, I was asked normal interview questions about future, goals, ambitions, and where I saw myself with the company. After the interview was over, I was asked to come out again to help with a overhaul. After working through the overhaul and they were satisfied with my mechanical aptitude, I was offered a temporary position. After temping for some months, I was hired on full time.
