First applied online then asked to do a virtual interview within one day of applying. I completed the virtual interview which included both a video skype type question and answer phase (which were pre-recorded questions), and then basic questions you had to choose multiple choice answers for. Within a week I was asked to do a second virtual live interview with a recruiter. The live virtual interview was very nerve wracking for me, but the interviewer put me at ease right away. It was a strange experience for me because I never interviewed this way before, but once I got used to it I was totally comfortable. There were no surprise questions just basic questions you get in any interview like what you would do in certain situations etc. I think the key to getting a second interview is remember it's a sales position so be sure to focus on sales as well as good customer service. Another thing is to be upbeat and positive.

Applied online through their website, one day later got an invitation to get interviewed via an app called Hirevue which was pretty long but convenient, they asked the typical questions based on your experience and what would you do scenarios. then got an email from the hirevue people saying that a representative will contact me for the next steps. It's been a week and haven't heard from anyone, I'll keep everyone updated.
