I applied online and did a virtual interview. What you do is read the question and record your answer then it moves onto to the next question. They asked basic questions and it was fairly easy.

I applied through Penn State's career center just by submitting my resume. Hilton then decided to interview me so I did an online interview on HireVue which took about 30 minutes total including prep time.

It was a very fast and easy interview process. After submitting my resume and cover letter I was contacted to do a Hireview. After the Hireview I did not hear anything for about a month and after a month I received an offer.

I sent in my resume and cover letter and after about two weeks they requested that I complete a hireview interview! Online, asks between 5-10 questions. It is a little daunting, as you have to speak to yourself on the computer screen.
