Smooth and straight forward interview. The interviewer, the assistant general manager, was straight forward and honest about pay, benefits, and expectations. Great experience overall and I would definitely recommended the Hilton for employment.
The interview process was well-organized, professional, and transparent. The interviewer communicated clearly, asked relevant questions related to the role, and created a comfortable environment. Overall, the process felt respectful, efficient, and aligned with Hilton’s high service standards.
One interview with the General Manager was thorough, understanding and been a great company to work for very flexible. Discussed work history, personality, how I handle situations. Full time hours.
