The interview process was good and professional though I feel like it was a very competitive one for the fact that it was advertised on social. I applied through LinkedIn and I was called to attend the interviews on 17 May at 11. I reached Hilton garden inn hotel at 10:45 and I was kept at reception up 13:30pm when the HR manager came to tell me that the interviews were postponed. I was later communicated to that my interview was scheduled to Monday 20th May which I attended. On this day we were only 5 and I was the last one to be interviewed. I noticed that some of the attendees had worked with Hilton before and I suggested they were first priorities or they stood higher chances of being rehired.

It was smooth and very good interview with General Manager, HR team and executive chef. Being a newly open hotel, I know it's bit hard and tought to pick and hire right and good new team member for a hotel. Though I had very good time and had conversations with very team member during interview.

It was an online interview with both oral and a written exercise. The main point was to see who had a good command in English and was computer literate. It want that had too.
