I applied in January 2012 got hired in May 2013. Got a online interview. Then face to face interview with Human Resources. I had to take a test of Sales, typing, spelling and grammar. After that, another interview with the director of sales. After that got the job.

We sat down in the cafeteria in the hotel, we were offered some drinks and she started asking me about myself. There wasn't a fixed structure that we followed, it was a conversation. I wasn't offered the job because I didn't fill the level of German I was required for that position, however they offered me another job position.
A long and intense two hour interview with sales director, the sales managers, and the general manager. Questions were not anything out of the ordinary but were standard interview questions that are commonly asked.

The interview was really smooth and I felt really comfortable. Many questions in terms of experience and qualifications for the job. The recruitment process is long as when you apply you are contacted first by HR, then the department or property you have applied for will do the rest of the interviews.
