The interview is a fairly straightforward and a simple one-on-one process. You meet with the interviewer in the waiting room and are taken to their office in the back. They ask typical interview questions followed by asking you give an impromptu "sales pitch" for a hotel. Afterwards they go into greater detail about the position and give you a chance to ask any further questions you may have.
