Each interviewer asked for specific circumstances of when you displayed the specific trait or behavior. Although friendly, the interviewers are very analytical and are measuring your reactions and display of honestly carefully

The next stage is an interview weekend where you are invited to a resort property with other candidates and managers and go through several stages of interviews. These include a role play, team exercise, one-on-one interview (with set questions), and an HR interview
