Did a quick 5 min face to face interview, then was invited to do a test day where I worked for 4 hours, I was then offered a job and began work there
Went in and met the head chef. Interview only lasted 5 minutes because I said i had previous expirience as a kitchen porter so he offered me the job on the spot.
