Step foot on the property and the Asm promptly greeted me and we sat down to talk. Asked about previous experience and why night audit. We hit it off right away and was hired on the spot . Salary didn't matter to me but gave me 4$ more an hour from the starting wage due to my experience and degree.

The hiring process was quick and easy. I could tell that they really needed someone because they hired me on the spot after about five minutes of interviewing. I was probably the first perosn they interviewed too. After being offered the job I accepted it and came back that night to start.
