Colloquio
The interview process was very thoughtful with both conversations that spanned across multiple team members/areas within the company as well as presentations with realistic prompts. The latter provided insights into what would be expected within the role, allowing me as the interviewee to also assess if I would be a good fit for the role. Thoughout the process, recruitment was supportive and informative on next steps along the way.

Colloquio
I was initially very interested in joining Hippocratic AI, impressed by the company’s vision for transforming healthcare through artificial intelligence. The recruiter I spoke with was professional and responsive, which created a positive first impression.
Unfortunately, the overall interview process felt misaligned with the seniority of the role and the company’s mission.
One assignment required creating a PowerPoint presentation on a Tic Tac Toe tournament. For a leadership-level healthcare and technology role, this felt trivial and disconnected from the actual strategic and operational skills needed.
Another task involved building a case study using Hippocratic AI’s platform to simulate a patient call. This could have been valuable, but the platform repeatedly failed and required me to spend several unpaid hours troubleshooting technical issues and exchanging multiple emails with IT before I could even complete the assignment.
After investing significant time and effort, I received a brief rejection with no meaningful feedback. While I understand the need to test skills, this process consumed substantial unpaid time yet did not meaningfully evaluate my ability to lead complex healthcare operations or technology initiatives.
If Hippocratic AI wants to attract experienced professionals, the process should better reflect the complexity of healthcare and respect candidates’ time and expertise.
