Formal with the General Manager and Technical Manager. Usual technical questions on background and why you should join the company, what can you bring? Interview lasts about 1 hour including the technical test. Be warned, if you do not pass the tech test, you are not interviewed.

Speed and accuracy test, easy, just checking for number errors. Other technical test on Windows and AV equipment, mainly useless in the role you will be doing.
