I had an interview at College Career Fair in 2019, a short interview. The interview was informal. He questioned the schematic design phase and design development phase. The interview took around 5 to 10 mins.
Just walked through what was to be done, more like getting to know . Getting the interview itself the process took a month. If there is an opening , they will take mostly.

I was being interviewed by the director. We had a quite long conversation about my study and my design portfolio. The director was so humble and welcoming. And then i went home to wait for the further information whether i got the internship or not. After 2 days i was accepted.
