The interview lasted over an hour. Interviewer is an experienced manager, they mainly want to know your relevant experience and background. They gave you couple scenarios and see how will you handle them.

How do you deal with subcontractors who are not cooperative?
The interview process was smooth and structured. I had one round with the HR followed by a technical interview with the engineering team. They asked about my past projects and technical knowledge.
