The interview process was overall good and intersting, moved to the final rounds and background check got completed and suscessfull was waiting for offer letter and gave a last minute update afer one to two months of interview, they hired someone internally after 3 rounds of intervew and background check completion, felt the interview process was not professional , if they had internal cadidate they should not have procced and asked for refernce check of 4 to 5 professional contact and wasted other time and resourses

Two round process, one with technical lead and other with the director. Both of them asks project relevant questions and basic technical questions. Director round mostly asked about the project with client handling. Both of the round interviewers asks technical questions patiently also they try to get the aspects of our basic technical knowledge
