First interview on Skype, generic interview questions. Then technical questions looking at schematic diagrams of trains. Got a call back for a second interview, again on Skype. but this time the interviewer did not turn on their video, creating a very uncomfortable scenario where I couldn’t see them but they could see me. Was told I would hear back regardless of outcome with some feedback the following week. Several months later and no such feedback has materialised, very poor considering the time candidates invest in preparing for interviews.
