The technical interview was good a good interview. Well balanced for the position. Clear expectations and feedbacks.
Nothing exceptional but better of many other companies. HRs needs to be more clear and transparent on the compensation package.
In my opinion this is what the Company really should try to improve
Fairly and straight forward. Had 2 rounds, 1 with the HR and another with the Director. Questions were mainly centered around the resume and prior experience and with few questions for cultural fit at the workplace
