I had a call with the HR which was pretty easy (basic backround questions) and then I had the next stage with the team lead for the position. It went also super well and I was said that I will be in the next stage....and that HR should contact me this week. Nobody contacted me, not even after I kindly asked HR and the teamlead for an update. After 4 weeks I proactively closed the process. It ist just very low to not communicate with applicants who are in the process. If you decide for another person, that is fine, but dont ghost your other applicants!
