The interview process was very well defined and spread over two weeks. There were around 3 rounds and I got feedback and inputs after each round. Usually this aspect is missing with the greatest of organizations. The candidate usually never gets a feedback after a round of interview. Finally after several rounds of interview an offer was made. All along the communication from the company and co founder was straight forward and unambiguos.
