Two phone screens, one with a Senior Recruiter and one with the HR Manager. Onsite interview: met with the acting VP of HR for 30 minutes. It was an informative, pleasant discussion. She shared with me the strategic vision of the company. I also spoke with FTE Sr Recruiter that I would be reporting to for 30 minutes, a Contract Technical Recruiter for 30 minutes and the FTE Recruiting Coordinator/Jr Recruiter for 30 minutes. All interviews were productive and pleasant. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish! They gave me a metal Hiya water bottle and other gifts. I was offered snacks and an assortment of drinks in their well-stocked kitchen. They also reimbursed me for my parking. Got follow-up emails to keep me informed of next steps. I was offered and accepted the contract assignment.
