Phone screening interview, they asked about availability, schedule, and preference of work hours. Interviewer was very quick and professional, they said they would reach out in a few weeks to let me know my status in the interview process.

Took about 2 weeks to get back to me. First had an automated text message interview asking about times and pay. Then had a second round of text message interviews asking about why I wanted to work at Hoag and asking me to describe scenarios where I handled an upset patient or multiple patients. After about a week I got another interview over phone call.
