Hour long personality test gauntlet, then hour long interview with a Lead, hiring manager, and UI/UX expert. Free form questions stemming off experience in previous positions. Interviewers seemed disengaged for the most part. Wrap up commentary heavily implying several individuals were not paying attention for the bulk of the interview.
