Very relaxed interview. Doesn’t ask the typical hiring questions, just wants to understand if your personality and qualities fit in the company culture. Met with the lead assurance partner and a manager.

It was a cultural fit interview and they were really interested in my background. There wasn’t a question of technical skills as they believe that my education and their own training is enough.
