Initially interviewed for a part-time position that didn't require experience and provided training; then it changed that they wanted experience. Next was interviewed for a full-time position; within a week, started the job. Told them when exactly I could start; they wanted me to start sooner than this, so I had move things around. It seemed very desperate on the firm's part.
