The process took about 4 weeks. I was anticipating this turnaround time based on other reviews. The first interview was arranged with the executive director and manager for human resources/operations. Very congenial individuals who provided an in depth insight into their firm. My second interview was to meet with the three attorneys I would be providing support for.

They inquired about my background/qualifications, strengths/weaknesses, quizzed me on certain filing procedures, and asked me about my familiarity with heavy calendaring/motion filings/discovery.
