The IT organization was undergoing a major transformation and there was a tremendous lack of clarity in the future direction of its members. It was a long, difficult road the eventually lead to one of the best work experiences I have ever had the privilege to enjoy.

Das Vorstellungsgespräch ist in einer sehr angenehmen und ungezwungenen Atmosphäre verlaufen. Der Arbeitgeber hat sich zuerst selber vorgestellt und das Wort dann an mich übergeben. Der gesamter Prozess dauerte nicht länger als 15 Tage.
