Sat down with an engineer from the group and a HR representative were they briefly asked about my previous work experience and attitude. There was also a the basic intro about what my duties would be and what I thought they entailed.

I was interviewed 2x - by phone followed by in person.
The phone interview took place over 30 minutes. The interview was straightforward and direct. I was interviewed by my future manager. Right there and then i knew that it was a match.
