Interview was very simple but management is worst. The pathetic experience. Wastes whole day on 25th Jan 2019 for interview. They said I have cleared my 2nd round and I will get video call for further rounds ie for final round. I didn't got any response then. On 12 the Feb I visited lafarge to know the status and at that time the HR said my resume got rejected... Seriously they realized that my resume is not suitable for there job after wasting my whole day... And the applied profile was exactly similar to my experience. I am very much sure that there is something mistake from them.
