I was contacted by recruiter & asked to confirm my interest. was informed that a backround check was done for suitable people from the industry by research & reference> Was asked to submit my updated CV. This was followed by tele-interview with the recruiting agent.. After three days a face to face meeting with the recruiter was arranged. After discussions on my experience & achievements, I was offerred a total renumeration package for my consideration. I declined the package offerred.
